We collect and use personal information:

Better Being also uses Microsoft 365 for email and business collaboration, which may contain incidental correspondence.
We protect personal information through the measures described in our Information Security Policy, including:

(c) Confidentiality obligations applying to all employees and subcontractors.
(d) Secure deletion practices under our Data Retention & Secure Deletion Policy.
4. DISCLOSURE
We disclose personal information only:
(a) To our service providers and subcontractors who assist us in delivering our services (including HubSpot, Microsoft and DigiKat) under contractual confidentiality and privacy obligations.

(c) Where required or authorised by law.
Overseas disclosure
Participant data is stored in HubSpot's North American data centre (see section 3).
Our platform providers are global organisations, and some infrastructure or support functions may involve access from or processing in other countries, including the United States.
Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND COMPLAINTS
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time.
