How do I change how I hear from Power Up?
You'll hear from us by email and SMS. To stop the program emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Power Up email. To update your mobile number or stop your texts, send us a request using the form on this page.
Can I change my focus pillars mid-journey?
Yes — head to your dashboard and click “Adjust goals” on the focus pillars card. You can change them once a week. Your content will retune automatically by the next Monday prompt.
Who can see my Wellbeing Index score?
Your individual scores are not shared with Origin. Origin only sees de-identified, group-level results — for example, “Customer Operations averaged a +9 point shift this month.” The Better Being team and our platform support partner can access individual records only to run the program and help with support requests.
What happens to my data after the program?
Your individual data is kept for 24 months after your last activity so you can return and see your journey. After 24 months it's deleted permanently. You can request earlier deletion any time — just send us a ticket above.
Is the program really free?
Yes. Origin Energy covers the full cost. No subscription, no upsell, no hidden product. You're invited as part of your employment.
