How do I change my comms preferences (SMS / email)?
From your dashboard, click your initials top-right → Comms preferences. You can toggle SMS or email on/off independently, or change your mobile number. Changes apply to the next send.
Can I change my focus pillars mid-journey?
Yes — head to your dashboard and click “Adjust goals” on the focus pillars card. You can change them once a week. Your content will retune automatically by the next Monday prompt.
Who can see my Wellbeing Index score?
Only you. Origin's leadership team sees only aggregated, anonymised numbers — for example, “Customer Operations averaged a +9 point shift this month.” Individual answers are never visible to anyone outside your dashboard.
What happens to my data after the program?
Your individual data is kept for 24 months after your last activity so you can return and see your journey. After 24 months it's deleted permanently. You can request earlier deletion any time — just send us a ticket above.
I'm a site-based worker without an @originenergy.com.au email — can I still join?
Yes. Register with a personal email and your Origin employee ID at the registration page, or speak to your manager who can register you on your behalf. The program is built to include all Origin APAC employees, including frontline and site teams.
Is the program really free?
Yes. Origin Energy covers the full cost. No subscription, no upsell, no hidden product. You're invited as part of your employment.
